From scheduled fleet support and emergency response, to executive and group travel, we provide comprehensive solutions through our global resources, delivering flight operations of the highest standard on behalf of our clients and airline partners.

Our H24 team works as key central point that supports our Commercial teams and the organisation in providing value add customer service and sales operations support 24/7, 365 days a year. The H24 team is also the lynchpin that supports our ST ACMI service and OOH’s flight services such as AOG.

Purpose of the Job:

This role has two main elements:

  • Working on the commercial aspects of our ACMI ST and AOG services which can include marketing and business development as well as searching for availability, broking and fixing enquiries
  • Providing operational support to our OOH flights around the globe to ensure that we are able to exceed customer expectations and deliver to our USP.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide cover for all H24 sales or operations support responsibilities including those detailed below
  • Brokering new enquiries received and managing client and new prospect airline relationships for ST ACMI
  • Carry out the initial assessment of and respond to AOG enquiries
  • Marketing and business development to existing and new prospect customers by telephone and e-marketing in line with the relevant business development plan
  • Assist with the management of existing ACMI lease and, as required, charter contracts, including monitoring flights and calling airline operations to check flight departures, managing crew requirements, providing information to clients, carrying out the day to day data management of our Flight Watch Board
  • Coordinating the ACC shuttle flights on a daily basis . Activities will include: monitoring flight movements,  issuing catering figures and special requests, reporting delays, dealing with check in, baggage, catering issues and customer complaints,  issuing programme checks to handling agents & airlines, updating any discrepancies
  • Carry out supplier strategy activities including supplier updates (on database), reviews and checking data
  • Carry out CRM/database management and updates including researching and calling customers
  • Provide additional shift cover for holidays and/or sickness
  • Generally assisting other team members with administration, creating contracts and documents from our standard templates.

  • Maintain strict company and client confidentiality at all times.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

  • Airline/Aviation industry experience preferably in operations or senior cabin crew
  • Previous sales or broking experience (ideally in either ACMI or charter) would be ideal/advantageous
  • Customer focused with first rate people skills
  • Polished phone manner and written communication skills
  • Highly target driven individual, motivated to ‘Win’ business
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to problem solve
  • Commercial astute with the ability to maximise margins whilst providing an excellent service to the customer
  • Excellent IT skills with a knowledge of Microsoft Word, XL and Outlook and the ability to learn and develop the functionality of a new system
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure rigorous contract and project deadlines are met
  • Able to travel to meet clients and suppliers worldwide
